General University Information

The University of Colorado Denver, shortened as CU Denver, UC Denver, or UCD, is a public university in the United States state of Colorado. It is one of three schools of the University of Colorado system. The university has two campuses — one in downtown Denver at the Auraria Campus, and the other at the Anschutz Medical Campus located in neighboring Aurora. The single university is the result of the 2004 consolidation of the “University of Colorado at Denver” and “University of Colorado Health Sciences Center”.

Program Description

If you are interested in working in one of the most dynamic industries in the country, join one of our health administration degrees. Our programs build on a basic foundation in management concepts and techniques to address issues unique to one of the nation’s most complex and rapidly growing industries, health care.

We have both an MBA in Health Administration and an MS in Health Administration. Health professionals who already hold an MBA or are interested in a more specialized course of study may consider the Master of Science in Health Administration. If you are new to the field and new to graduate school, consider the MBA in Health Administration.
